How we can help
Winter and summer tire changeover
We swap your seasonal tires, check tread depth and pressure, and torque the wheels to spec. BC requires winter tires on most highways, including those around Kamloops, from October 1 to March 31 (April 30 on mountain passes), so book your changeover before the first snow.
New tires for sale from top brands
We sell new tires, including winter tires, from Michelin, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Continental, Pirelli, Yokohama, Hankook, Falken, Firestone and more. Tell us your tire size and how you drive, and we'll recommend the right set, then mount and balance it for you.
New tire mounting and balancing
We mount and balance new tires on your wheels, replace valve stems where needed, torque the wheels to your vehicle's specification and set the pressures listed on the sticker inside the driver's door. Balancing prevents the steering-wheel shake that unbalanced tires cause at highway speeds.
Flat tire repair
Many punctures in the tread can be repaired from the inside. Damage to the sidewall or shoulder, a hole larger than about 6 mm, or a tire that has been driven on while flat cannot be safely repaired. We inspect the tire inside and out and tell you honestly whether it can be fixed.
Tire rotation and wear check
Front and rear tires wear at different rates. Rotating them at the interval in your owner's manual, often every 8,000 to 12,000 km, evens out wear so the set lasts longer. Uneven wear can also point to an alignment or suspension problem, which we'll flag if we see it.

Tires & Wheels FAQ
When should I put my winter tires on in Kamloops?
A common rule of thumb is to switch once daytime temperatures stay below about 7°C, because summer tire rubber stiffens in the cold. If you drive BC highways that require winter tires from October 1, plan your changeover before then.
Can every flat tire be repaired?
No. Punctures in the tread area can often be repaired, but damage to the sidewall or shoulder, or a tire that has been driven on while flat, usually means it needs replacing. We'll inspect it and let you know which applies.
How often should I rotate my tires?
Check your owner's manual. Many vehicles call for a rotation at every oil change or every other one. Regular rotation helps tires wear evenly and last longer.
Why does my steering wheel shake at highway speed?
The most common cause is a wheel that's out of balance. Bent wheels, uneven tire wear and worn suspension parts can also cause it. We check all the likely causes when you bring it in.
Can my tire service be done the same day?
Same-day service is often available for tire work such as changeovers, mounting and balancing, and flat repairs. Walk in or book ahead, and we'll let you know how long it will take.
Do you sell tires?
Yes. We sell new tires, including winter tires, from brands such as Michelin, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Continental, Pirelli, Yokohama, Hankook, Falken and Firestone, and we mount and balance them for you.
Is anything else included with tire service?
Yes. Every tire service, including seasonal changeovers, comes with a free courtesy inspection, in which we check your brakes, fluids and more at no extra cost.
