Privacy policy
Last updated
Let Set Go Auto Nation ("LSG Auto Nation", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and how you can access or remove it. We handle personal information in line with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act.
What we collect
- Booking requests: the details you enter in our service request form, such as your name, phone, email, vehicle and what it needs. The form is provided by Shopmonkey, the system we use to run the shop.
- Tire quote requests: your contact details and the tires you need, entered in the tire quote form on our tires page. The form is provided by Google Forms.
- Technical data: like any website, our host records basic details of each visit, such as your IP address and browser, to keep the site running and secure.
- Website usage: how the site is used, such as pages viewed and buttons clicked, measured with Google tools through Google Tag Manager. They only set cookies if you choose "Accept" in our cookie banner; you can change your choice any time under "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
How we use it
- To respond to your booking request and confirm your appointment and quote.
- To send you the tire quote you asked for.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run this website on our behalf. They may only use your information to provide that service to us:
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Shopmonkey receives booking requests and stores them in our shop system.
- Google Forms receives tire quote requests and stores them in our Google account.
- Google (Tag Manager, and the analytics or advertising tags it loads) measures site use and our ads, with cookies only after you accept.
- Google Maps shows our location, but only loads when you choose "Show map".
Some of these providers process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.
How long we keep it
We keep booking requests only for as long as we need them to respond to you and provide the service you asked for, or as long as the law requires. After that, we delete them.
